Kansas City Chiefs running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire (ankle/hip) won't play on Sunday against the Cleveland Browns in the AFC Divisional Round, though he's expected to be available next week for the AFC Championship Game. Expect to see heavy doses of Le'Veon Bell, with some Darrel Williams or perhaps Darwin Thompson sprinkled in.
