Mike Conley Drills Seven Triples, Scores 33 In Win
4 years agoUtah Jazz guard Mike Conley poured in a season-high 33 points in a 106-100 win over the Clippers. Conley was on fire from deep as he made 7 of 14 attempts from beyond the arc, which gives him 11 triples in his last two games. The veteran guard added seven assists, two boards, and a steal for his best game of the season. Conley is off to an excellent start, with averages of 21.4 points, 5.2 rebounds, 5.2 assists, and 3.8 triples on 47.4/45.2/84.2 percent shooting splits. He looks healthy and poised for a bounce-back season after struggling last year. Conley gets a day off before taking on the Spurs on Sunday, who have yielded 15.9 points and 5.4 assists per game in 39 career games to the Utah guard.
