Andrew Wiggins Bounces Back With 27 Points
4 years agoGolden State Warriors guard Andrew Wiggins had struggled coming into the contest against the Pistons, as he was averaging just 14.7 points on 32.7 percent shooting from the field. Wiggins put those games in the rearview mirror, as he poured in 27 points on 47.3 percent shooting. The 25-year-old added seven boards, five triples, three blocks, and a steal in 38 minutes. Hopefully, this performance can jump-start Wiggins, who struggled in the second half of last year after looking like the star he was drafted to be in the first three months of the season. Wiggins averaged 28 points on 56 percent shooting in two games against the Trail Blazers last year, his next opponent.
