Alex Caruso Will Miss Wednesday’s Game
Alex Caruso has been ruled out for Wednesday's contest versus the Spurs due to the league's COVID-19 safety protocols. Caruso's absence will mark his second game in a row out of the mix, as Dennis Schroder having played 36 minutes Monday without his true backup. Caruso falls into the category of being more valuable in an actual NBA contest than from a fantasy perspective when the Lakers are at full strength. He can remain on the waiver wire in all season-long formats for the time being, with his next chance to return to the floor coming Friday against San Antonio.

Alex Caruso Ruled Out On Wednesday Night
Alex Caruso (illness) won't play on Wednesday against Boston. He's missed 23 games this season. But the 30-year-old is sidelined versus the defending champs because of an illness. However, OKC won't play again until Saturday in Detroit, so there's a chance he'll feel better by then. Caruso has averaged only 6.5 points this season, down from the 2023-24 campaign. Still, his absence will be felt the most on the defensive end. Without Caruso on the floor, Isaiah Joe, Aaron Wiggins, and Cason Wallace may see more action.

Alex Caruso Out Against Grizzlies
Alex Caruso (ankle) will not feature in Wednesday's clash against the Memphis Grizzlies. He sprained his left ankle on Monday in a game against the Houston Rockets and will be sidelined for already the 24th time this season. Fortunately for the Thunder, Isaiah Joe (back) is ready to return from a two-game absence. Aaron Wiggins (thumb) may also help cover some of Caruso's minutes if he is cleared for action. The team has listed Wiggins as questionable.

Alex Caruso Out Thursday Versus Minnesota
Alex Caruso (hip) won't play Thursday against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Caruso is out due to a left hip injury he suffered against Miami on Wednesday. While the 30-year-old is sidelined, Isaiah Joe will likely continue to see extra minutes on the floor. Joe finished with 10 points, three rebounds, and one assist across 27 minutes in a win versus the Heat in his last outing. The 25-year-old could be a solid option for fantasy managers looking for streamers.

Alex Caruso Ruled Out With Ankle Injury
Alex Caruso (ankle) is dealing with an ankle sprain and has been downgraded from questionable to out on Monday. While he sits out this matchup with the Milwaukee Bucks, Aaron Wiggins, Isaiah Joe, and Ousmane Dieng will receive a lot of opportunities. Wiggins started in their last game and scored 41 points while Joe and Dieng came off of the bench and received 24 minutes a piece. Wiggins and Joe would be the more consistent options for fantasy managers looking for streamers.
