A.J. Dillon Rumbles For Career-High 124 Yards, Two Scores
4 years agoGreen Bay Packers running back A.J. Dillon carried the ball 21 times for a career-high 124 rushing yards and two touchdowns in a blowout win over the Titans. Dillon operated as the number-two back with Jamaal Williams (quad) inactive and proceeded to break out for the best performance of his young career. The 22-year-old also saw some additional run in the first half with Aaron Jones leaving due to injury, though the latter returned to the game. Dillon looked very impressive on his 33-yard touchdown run, breaking a couple of tackles en route to the end zone. His bruising running style appears suited to the weather conditions for this time of year, meaning this performance likely earned him more playing time. Dillon will take on a Bears Defense in Week 17 that has been pretty stingy against runners all year.
