Mike Davis A Volume-Based RB2
4 years agoCarolina Panthers running back Mike Davis faces a tough test in Week 16 against the Washington Football Team. Davis has handled 17.8 touches per game in his second stint as the starter- and with Christian McCaffrey (thigh) expected to sit again, the veteran back will be in the lead role once again. Washington has been stingy against the position, as they've allowed the third-fewest fantasy points per game to halfbacks this season. Davis' workload warrants a start as an RB2, though he's a low-end starting option in Week 16.
