Deshaun Watson A Strong Play In Week 16
4 years agoHouston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson will take on the Bengals' 20th-ranked pass defense in Week 16. Cincinnati has been more of a run-funnel defense, as they rank 26th against the ground game, though this is still an exploitable matchup by air or by land. Watson has thrown for at least 250 passing yards and two touchdowns in nine games this year, as the 25-year-old has been one of the most consistent options at his position. The one downside here is if Houston jumps out to a lead, meaning Watson's arm would no longer be needed. Still, the star signal-caller should be able to dissect this defense enough to warrant starting him as a top-eight option this week.
