Rhys Hoskins Should Be Ready In 2021
4 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies first baseman/outfielder Rhys Hoskins (elbow) is recovering nicely from elbow surgery and should be ready to play in the 2021 season, according to his agent, Scott Boras. Hoskins is scheduled to begin swinging a bat soon. Manager Joe Girardi is also optimistic about Hoskins' chances of being ready next year, so it's not just the classic agent talking up his client. The 27-year-old will be one to watch closely in spring training to see how he's coming along in the final stages of his rehab. Hoskins' fantasy stock will only go up if he continues to do well without suffering any setbacks. There's a better chance that he won't burn his fantasy managers since the injury was to his non-throwing arm.
