Marvin Jones Jr. Explodes For 116 Yards, One Touchdown
4 years agoDetroit Lions wide receiver Marvin Jones Jr. caught eight passes for 116 yards and one touchdown in the Lions 34-30 comeback win over the Bears in Week 13. The veteran came up with some huge plays, leading the team with 13 targets. Jones Jr. helped the Lions overcome a 10-point fourth quarter deficit with a 25-yard touchdown catch to cut the lead to three. Jones quietly now has five touchdowns over his last six games and the offense looked inspired with interim coach Darrell Bevell at the helm. The veteran receiver will have fringe WR4/5 value next week against the Packers.
