Darrell Henderson Jr. Has A Difficult Matchup In Week 11
4 years agoLos Angeles Rams running back Darrell Henderson Jr. has played well all year en route to an RB23 standing heading into Week 11 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday. It'd be a major surprise to see him end up inside the top 25 when the week comes to an end, though. The Bucs have the second-best rushing defense in the NFL based on DVOA. The Rams took a huge hit when left tackle Andrew Whitworth left their Week 10 win over the Seattle Seahawks with a knee injury, and he will be out for the remainder of the regular season. Henderson is also starting to split touches more and more with his teammates as the season wears on. Between a terrible matchup and less volume, it's hard to see a good path to starting him as anything more than an RB3/flex in deeper leagues.
