Nick Chubb To Get Heavy Workload In Return
4 years agoCleveland Browns running back Nick Chubb is expected to receive a heavy workload in his return to the field in Week 10 against the Texans, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Chubb missed the last four games with an MCL sprain, though it seems like he'll slide right back in as the Browns' bellcow against the Texans' poor run defense. The conditions couldn't be more suited to the running game, as rain and wind are expected to be factors on the field in Cleveland. Kareem Hunt will operate as the number-two back, a role that actually granted him more efficiency in terms of fantasy production. Perhaps the biggest boost will come with the return of guard Wyatt Teller, who has been one of the best lane-pavers in the league. Chubb is a solid RB1, with Hunt looking like an upside RB2.
