4 years agoMiami Dolphins running back Matt Breida (hamstring) is not expected to suit up in Week 10 against the Chargers. It's unfortunate, considering Breida would have gotten a crack at leading Miami's backfield with Myles Gaskin (knee) still on injured reserve. On a positive note, it seems that the former 49er is at least close to returning, as he was able to practice in a limited fashion this week after not being able to take the practice field the previous week. The Miami backfield is looking like one to avoid in Breida's absence, with some combination of Jordan Howard, Salvon Ahmed, and Patrick Laird handling the duties. The newly acquired DeAndre Washington could also factor in.--Tim Capurso
