Wayne Gallman (RB, NYG) - Week 10 Waiver Wire Pickups

ANALYSIS: The only thing that might prevent you from adding Wayne Gallman to your roster and keeping them ROS should be his bye week coming in Week 11. Other than that, the schedule looks good for him to close the fantasy season, as Gallman and the Giants face a soft RB-schedule that will feature the 18th, 13th, 17th, and 16th-worst defenses against fantasy RBs from Weeks 12 to 15.

That makes Gallman one of the prime streaming FLEX (at least) plays for the home stretch. Gallman has stringed three games of 13+ PPR scores, all ranging between 13.2 and 16.4 fantasy points. He's carried the ball 10+ times each game (from 10 to 12 to 14 this past Sunday), rushed for more yards each passing week (34 to 44 to 68), and scored a touchdown in each of those three matches.

While Gallman is not a true pass-catching back (more than two targets in just one game) he's caught 12 of the 14 passes thrown his way, making him an efficient receiver when looked at in those passing plays. Gallman has finished as the RB12, RB18, and RB9 (pending MNF) during the past three weeks, and he's scored the fifth-most fantasy points among RBs in that span.

The Giants are almost always facing negative game scripts, which certainly cuts Gallman's upside, but that hasn't prevented him from thriving lately. Those performances and the games ahead on the schedule should definitely put Gallman on your WW-radar if you are part of a deeper league, and even turn into a good streaming option in shallower formats.
