Peter Malnati Has Posted Consecutive Top-Five Finishes
4 years agoA second-place finish at the Sanderson Farms mixed with his fifth-place showing at the Shriners Open has Peter Malnati scorching as he enters this week's Bermuda Championship. Malnati's success can be tied into his improvement over his last 24 rounds with his irons, as he ranks 18th compared to the field in that category. While that might not seem to be an overly robust total, it is a vast improvement from his longer-term ranking that has him outside the top-75 players in the field. There is always a risk that he reverts to his more inconsistent nature, but we like his chances to find success on Port Royal's Bermuda greens.
