New Orleans Saints wide receiver Marquez Callaway caught eight of 10 targets for 75 receiving yards in a 27-24 victory over Carolina. Callaway led the team in targets in the absences of both Michael Thomas (ankle, hamstring) and Emmanuel Sanders (COVID-19). Somewhat quietly, the 22-year old rookie has compiled 16 targets over his last two contests. With Sanders definitely out and Thomas's status looking murky, Callaway makes for an interesting waiver add. He did sustain an ankle injury and had to be helped off the field to the locker room. If Callaway's ankle isn't anything serious, fantasy managers should consider him as a streaming option against Chicago.--Tim Capurso

New Orleans Saints wide receiver Marquez Callaway has been released by the organization on Sunday. That didn't last long for Callaway as he was added to the roster in the beginning of the month. He has now been cut in order to make room for wide receiver Shaquan Davis on the 90-man roster. Callaway did play in the preseason opener, but he didn't do any noteworthy in the win. Possibly, Callaway is able to catch on with another organization before the season begins.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller

The New Orleans Saints have signed wide receiver Marquez Callaway to a one-year deal. This is far from a blockbuster move, but the addition of Callaway does give the Saints depth at wideout. Most notably, Callaway hauled in 46 receptions for 698 yards and six touchdowns during the 2021 season. Since then, Callaway has been quiet with only 16 total receptions over the last two seasons. He should slot into the back end of the wide receiver depth chart which means Callaway is unlikely to have any kind of fantasy value.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller

New Orleans Saints wide receiver Marquez Callaway has been elevated to the active roster on Saturday. For the second straight week Callaway will be on the team's gameday roster. The Saints are looking for extra depth with Rashid Shaheed (thigh) ruled out for this matchup against the Carolina Panthers. Callaway played 11 snaps last week, so fantasy managers shouldn't bother streaming him this week. It appears he's just being elevated as insurance for the team.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller

New Orleans Saints wide receiver Marquez Callaway has been elevated from the practice squad ahead of the Week 13 matchup against the Detroit Lions. The Saints are in need of wide receiver depth with Rashid Shaheed (thigh) and Michael Thomas (knee) both set to miss Sunday's game. The 25-year-old signed with the Saints roughly two weeks ago. He is set to make his first appearance since the 2022 campaign. Despite the injuries, it's unlikely that Callaway has a huge impact during this game. Fantasy managers shouldn't bother taking the risk with him.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
