4 years agoPenske Racing's Joey Logano will start on the front row, in second, for Sunday's Autotrader EchoPark Automotive 500 at Texas Motor Speedway. Last week, Logano went back to victory lane for the first time since March, punching his ticket to the championship race with a win at Kansas. Logano will look to build on the positive momentum as he heads to Texas. In 24 career starts at the 1.5-mile track, Logano has a win, 11 top-fives, and 13 top-10 finishes. All but one top-10 finish came while driving the Penske No. 22, and in July, Logano led 22 laps and finished third. Logano has a high salary that is a little lower than the top options, which is a result of his high starting spot.
