It hasn't been pretty, but Arizona Cardinals running back Kenyan Drake has still managed to put together some solid RB2 games to start the year. This week, Drake and the Cardinals face a Dallas Cowboys Defense allowing 155.8 rushing yards per game, the fifth-most in the league. The Cardinals' No. 2 running back Chase Edmonds saw a season-high 34 snaps in Week 5, but Drake still easily led the backfield with 50 snaps. Drake also had 18 carries compared with just three for Edmonds. While Edmonds will remain involved and should out-produce Drake in the passing game, Drake still figures to see at least 15 carries per game until further notice. Start him as a low-end RB2 in Week 6. He should be able to gain at least 60 or 70 yards and has a good chance to score his third touchdown of the year.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller

Green Bay Packers running back Kenyan Drake has been released by the organization on Friday. Drake was signed to the practice squad over a month ago. However, he only appeared in one game and had one carry in that contest. It doesn't look like the Packers are going to need Drake heading into their upcoming playoff game. The team will move on from Drake and he'll look to catch on as a backup elsewhere this offseason.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller

Green Bay Packers running back Kenyan Drake has been elevated from the practice squad ahead of Sunday's Week 15 matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This is the second week in a row that Drake has been promoted to the active roster. It's worth noting that Drake didn't log in a single snap last week. He was brought up last week because Aaron Jones (knee) was inactive, but Drake never took the field. Now, the Packers might be without both Jones and AJ Dillon (thumb) for Sunday's game. That means, Drake could actually have some streaming appeal if both backs are forced to the sideline.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller

The Green Bay Packers signed free-agent veteran running back Kenyan Drake to their practice squad on Tuesday and cut running back James Robinson from the practice squad in a corresponding move. Drake will take Robinson's spot as backfield depth while Aaron Jones (knee) recovers from an MCL sprain that he suffered in Week 11. Jones has missed the last two games and could be unavailable once again on Monday night in Week 14 versus the New York Giants. The 29-year-old Drake played in two games this year with the Baltimore Ravens and had just three touches for 31 total yards. He remains off the fantasy radar while backing up Jones, AJ Dillon and Patrick Taylor in his new home.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller

Veteran running back Kenyan Drake was released by the Cleveland Browns on Tuesday. The 29-year-old signed with Cleveland's practice squad on October 31, but he lasted just under a month with the organization. In a corresponding move, the Browns signed John Kelly Jr., who has been on and off the team's practice squad since 2020. Drake appears to be near the end of his NFL career after stops in Miami, Arizona, Baltimore, and Cleveland.--Jackson Sparks - RotoBaller
