Larry Fitzgerald Catches Four Passes In Week 5
4 years agoArizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald caught four of his seven targets for 35 yards in Week 5 against the New York Jets. Fitzgerald had just three catches for four yards over the past two weeks combined, so even though this week's outing was disappointing, it was still an improvement over recent games. Fitzgerald tied for the most targets on the team with DeAndre Hopkins and Christian Kirk, but Hopkins and Kirk turned those targets into 131 yards and 78 yards, respectively. This week's game could be an indication that Fitzgerald might not be a dependable PPR starter anymore. Quarterback Kyler Murray threw for a career-high 380 yards this week and Fitzgerald still couldn't come through.
