4 years agoLos Angeles Rams running back Cam Akers (ribs) is expected to return to play in Week 5 against the Washington Football Team, but we would be avoiding him for fantasy purposes this week. The Rams could easily look to let him rehab from that injury by easing him into backfield duties. He should still see some work this Sunday, but it may not be enough for Akers to have fantasy relevance. Throw in the fact that Washington is ranked eighth against running backs in fantasy, and there are plenty of reasons to fade Akers this week.--Gage Bridgford - RotoBaller
