Christian Kirk A Risky Start In Week 4
4 years agoArizona Cardinals wide receiver Christian Kirk (groin) missed the team's Week 3 game against the Detroit Lions while nursing a groin injury. This week, he's returned to practice on a limited basis and he's currently questionable for Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers. Meanwhile, the team's No. 1 receiver, DeAndre Hopkins (ankle), is also questionable for Week 4. If Kirk is able to go in Week 4 and Hopkins sits, Kirk becomes a more attractive fantasy option and a potential WR3 in all formats. Yet if Hopkins plays, which seems to be the more likely case, Kirk is a risky start and is best avoided. The emergence of Andy Isabella the past two weeks will certainly make it harder for Kirk to get consistent targets in the short term.
