William Byron Starts 28th At Las Vegas
4 years agoHendrick Motorsports driver William Byron will start from the 28th position in Sunday night's South Point 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Byron finished 38th at Bristol after being caught up in an accident, failing to advance in the Cup Series playoffs. In five starts at Las Vegas, Byron only has a single top-10 finish, but he has run stronger than his finishes indicated. Over his last three starts, Byron has consistently run around and inside the top-10, even leading a combined total of 27 laps. Byron's salary in DFS is higher than average, but it is very manageable for his starting position. Byron has a massive upside when it comes to position differential, making him a great lineup choice. As long as Byron avoids trouble, he is a solid bet for a top-10 finish.
