NASCAR Xfinity Series: DraftKings DFS Lineup Picks for Las Vegas Alsco 300 (9/26/20)

I swear, this is like the eighth race this year sponsored by Alsco.

Anyway, welcome back to RotoBaller's Xfinity picks. The series heads to Vegas this week for a 1.5-miler. Can Austin Cindric continue his dominance on this track type, where he's won three of the past four races? Can Chase Briscoe get his second Vegas win of the year? And with it being playoff time now, who else might clinch a spot in the next round with a victory?

Here at RotoBaller, we want to help you make informed decisions about your DFS lineups, which is why I'll be breaking down the slates for the Xfinity Series. Let's look at some NASCAR Xfinity DFS lineup picks for the Alsco 300 on DraftKings. Xfinity DFS Lineup Picks - DraftKings

Be sure to also check out all of our other weekly NASCAR DFS articles and analysis to help you set your optimal DFS lineups on DraftKings and FanDuel.

Austin Cindric #22 ($11,300) - Starting 2nd

As mentioned in the intro, Cindric has run really well at intermediate tracks this season, as they've been the site of three of his five wins.

In those three races -- two at Kentucky and one at Texas -- Cindric led a combined 215 laps, tossing off the narrative that he couldn't win at tracks that weren't road courses.

Cindric starts second here and offers plenty of chances for both laps led and fastest laps. There's a good chance that either Cindric or fellow first row mate Chase Briscoe is the dominant driver of this race, and I think the slight discount you get with Cindric gives him the slight edge in my mind.

Justin Haley #11 ($9,800) - Starting 10th

Haley starts 10th and based on how he's been running, offers a little bit of place differential upside.

Kaulig Racing has been super quick lately. We'll see if that speed translates to an intermediate track. A big plus for Haley is that when we ran four 1.5-mile tracks in a row earlier this season, he had a worst finish of eighth. While he only finished 12th in the first trip to Vegas, this race team has taken a noticeable step forward since then, making Haley one of the best plays in this field.

Harrison Burton #20 ($9,600) - Starting 5th

Really love Burton's price this week. I realize the risk because of how high in the field Burton starts, but the he's won twice this year and had top fives in the last two intermediate races the series ran.

Consistency is definitely a worry, but Burton's going to have a fast car and has shown he can lead laps on this type of track. I think he's an outside threat for the victory in this one and if everything goes as planned, should finish at worst around seventh. At this price, that's a win for me.

Vinnie Miller #99 ($6,900) - Starting 35th

It's hard to know how much to read into the last three races for Miller, in which he's driven the 99 and has finished 30th or worse each time. The 99 had been running consistently in the top 25 for a good bit of the year with other drivers, and Miller had a good number of top 30 runs in other B.J. McLeod cars.

So, if you want to pivot off Miller and onto a similarly priced driver like Alex Labbe or Tommy Joe Martins, go ahead. But for me, it's hard to pass up the place differential upside of Miller if he can get this car to around 25th.

Austin Hill #61 ($6,700) - Starting 29th

Really love Austin Hill this week. He's crashed out in half his Xfinity starts this year, but in the two races he ran in this 61, he was 16th at Fontana and then ninth at Darlington.

The 61 car is usually a really inconsistent car when Timmy Hill or Stephen Leicht or Chad Finchum are in it, but Austin Hill -- Hattori's full-time Truck Series driver -- gets the team's best equipment. This is a top 20 car this week, and Hill's combination of low salary and solid place differential makes him a great option for your DFS lines. The only issue is that his Darlington performance might lead to him being a slight bit overused across DraftKings.

Joe Graf Jr. #08 ($5,700) - Starting 27th

Nothing about Graf's season has been super impressive, but Graf has brought this 08 car home in one piece most of the time and has coaxed nine top 20 finishes out of the car.

Why I like him this week is that of those nine top 20s, five came at intermediate tracks, including a 20th in the first Vegas race.

Graf and this SS-Greenlight team have shown solid speed on the 1.5-mile tracks. With a 27th place starting spot, if Graf can place this car around 18th or so, you'll be happy with this day.
