BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues
ROSTERED: 1% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: With Jack Doyle being the TE1 of a team featuring a bunch of more-than-capable rushers and a couple of good receivers at least, it makes sense to find Mo Alie-Cox available in virtually every league. Doyle, though, missed Week 2 injured, and that thrust Mo into his role for last Sunday--and most probably for another week or more if Indy opts not to rush Doyle back.
In a really small sample from W1, Mo finished 2-20-0 catching both of the targets he got from Rivers, which meant he scored 4.0 PPR, nothing to call home about. Enter W2 and freed Alie-Cox, who saw six targets this time and caught five of them for an impossible 111 yards, and you have a 16+ PPR, borderline-TE1 right there.
Through Sunday, Mo ranked as the TE14 overall which makes him good to be trusted as a starter next weekend if Doyle is out once more. Indy goes against the Jets this week, and they rank 20th in fantasy points allowed to the position. That is much worse than Minny's 11th rank this past weekend. Mo should keep his targets up and although he is not going to average 22.2 Y/R every week he still has the potential to get a good amount of fantasy goodies given the Jets Defense will have much more threatening offensive players to worry about.
