Jimmie Johnson A High-Upside DFS Play For Bristol
4 years agoHendrick Motorsports driver Jimmie Johnson will start from the 24th position in Saturday night's Bass Pro Shops/NRA Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway. Johnson is coming off of a dreadful race at Richmond, where he finished five laps down in 31st, but will look to improve at BMS, where he had his best finish of the year. In the May race, Johnson finished third and ran inside the top-10 for the majority of the race. Despite Johnson's downward trend in his career, he still has run well at Bristol. In the last five races, Johnson has two top-fives and four top-10 finishes. Johnson also has two victories, with his last coming in 2017. Johnson has huge potential to put up a nice score for DFS lineups. His salary is just above-average, and he is very likely to have a positive double-digit position differential.
