Chase Edmonds Should Be Heavily Involved In Week 2
4 years agoArizona Cardinals running back Chase Edmonds was targeted five times in the passing game in Week 1, which was tied for second on the team with Larry Fitzgerald and Christian Kirk. He caught three of those five targets for 19 yards and a touchdown while also rushing the ball six times for 26 yards in the game. The Cardinals are favored by about a touchdown in their upcoming Week 2 matchup against the Washington Football Team. Expect both Edmonds and the team's primary ball-carrier Kenyan Drake to play big roles. Edmonds should see around 10 total touches in the game, which gives him solid upside as a flex or RB3 in PPR leagues. In non-PPR, his upside is a bit limited and he might need another touchdown in order to come through for you.
