Kenyan Drake Has RB1 Upside In Week 2
4 years agoArizona Cardinals running back Kenyan Drake was the team's primary ball-carrier in Week 1 against the San Francisco 49ers, carrying the ball 16 times for 60 yards and a touchdown. He also added two catches for five yards on two targets. Expect to see him get a heavy workload in Week 2 as the Cardinals host the Washington Football Team. The Cardinals are favored by about a touchdown in the game. If they indeed hold a lead in the game, Drake will be leaned upon to keep that lead intact. The team's No. 2 running back Chase Edmonds will get plenty of work as well, primarily in the passing game, but Edmonds only saw six carries in Week 1 and doesn't figure to get many more than that going forward. Start Drake as a low-end RB1/high-end RB2 in Week 2.
