4 years agoColorado Rockies outfielder David Dahl is starting in right field and hitting seventh in Wednesday's game against the Oakland Athletics. Dahl sat out the team's previous two games, which both featured left-handed opposing starting pitchers. Dahl will face the right-handed Mike Fiers on Wednesday. Dahl is just 4-for-28 against lefties this year. He hasn't been much better against righties, slashing .208/.259/.283, but the team is giving him a shot in this one.
