4 years agoSan Francisco 49ers wide receiver Kendrick Bourne received five targets in the team's 24-20 loss to the Arizona Cardinals in Week 1, but was only able to come away with two catches for 34 yards. Bourne's five targets were tied for most on the team with four others, only one of whom, Trent Taylor, was a wide receiver. Bourne was the only 49ers receiver with double-digit receiving yards in the game. Clearly, for as long as Deebo Samuel (foot) and Brandon Aiyuk (hamstring) remain sidelined, Bourne will be the top receiving option amongst 49ers wide receivers, but unfortunately, that alone doesn't promise fantasy production. Bourne could be a deep league WR4 or flex option in Week 2 as the team faces the New York Jets, but if Aiyuk is back, he should be avoided.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
