William Byron Starting Fifth At Richmond
4 years agoHendrick Motorsports driver William Byron will start from the fifth position in Saturday night's Federated Auto Parts 400 at Richmond Raceway. Byron and the No. 24 team have hit their stride, scoring three straight top-five finishes, including Byron's first career win at Daytona. However, Byron has not fared well in his four career starts at Richmond. Byron's best run is only a 12th-place finish in his first start, and he has an average finish of 17.2. Byron has a below-average salary in DFS, but that is due to his low upside in position differential. Byron has been picking it up, but until he can put a good run at Richmond under his belt, his low price should not entice players to select him for lineups.
