Jon Gray Surrenders Seven Runs On Tuesday
4 years agoColorado Rockies starter Jon Gray allowed seven runs on nine hits through 2 2/3 innings of work during Tuesday's 23-5 loss to the San Francisco Giants. He struck out one batter and coughed up two monster home runs to Alex Dickerson. It was a laughable performance from the entire Rockies' pitching staff, but Gray was especially bad. He now owns a 2-4 record to go along with a 6.69 ERA, 1.44 WHIP, and 22/11 K/BB rate. Gray is not a recommended fantasy option for the remainder of the 2020 campaign, especially with his next projected opponent being the homer-happy San Diego Padres.
