4 years agoSeattle Mariners first baseman José Marmolejos went 2-for-3 with a home run and a walk in Monday's win over the Angels on Monday. Marmolejos has started the last six games for the Mariners and has at least one hit in all of them. In addition, Marmolejos has three home runs, seven RBI and four runs in that span. Marmolejos has been playing mostly at DH and may lose some playing time to the recently acquired Ty France so his production upside is unknown moving forward. He should be left on waivers for now until the situation becomes more clear.--Steve McCarthy - RotoBaller
