Neil Magny looked impressive in his co-main event bout with legendary welterweight Robbie Lawler. Magny used his reach beautifully, keeping the dangerous striker out of his own range and keeping Lawler at the end of his strikes. Magny utilized the ground game beautifully, controlling Lawler for 8:14 out of the bout's 15 minutes. He also landed a total of 116 strikes, though only 62 of those were significant strikes. The Haitian Sensation looked good in the takedown game as well, landing four of his seven attempts. Currently ranked No. 14 in the welterweight division, Magny just defeated Lawler at No. 13, which will probably start putting him in range for rematches with guys like No. 9-ranked Rafael Dos Anjos.--Matt Bricker
