Brendan Rodgers Getting His First Start On Thursday
4 years agoColorado Rockies infielder Brendan Rodgers will get his first start of the 2020 season on Thursday as the team closes out their series against the Houston Astros. He's playing second base and batting seventh in the game. Rodgers was added to the Rockies roster when the team placed David Dahl (back) on the Injured List with lower back soreness on Wednesday. Rodgers came on in the eighth inning of Wednesday's game and went on to deliver a two-run single in the ninth. A highly-touted prospect, the 24-year-old Rodgers is yet to see regular playing time in the big leagues, but if he gets it, he could certainly be someone worth adding in all fantasy leagues. Make sure to keep an eye on him.
