Josh Reddick Heads To The Bench On Monday
4 years agoHouston Astros outfielder Josh Reddick is not in the starting lineup on Monday as the team faces left-hander Kyle Freeland and the Colorado Rockies. Reddick had hit second in the lineup for the team's past seven games, but Abraham Toro is filling in as the two-hitter on Monday. George Springer is shifting over to cover Reddick's normal position of right field and Myles Straw is getting the start in center field. Reddick has hit just .212 against lefties this year, but he hit .309 against them last year so this may be nothing more than just a routine day off.
