Dallas Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy is excited about the prospects of coaching defensive end Everson Griffen, who signed a one-year deal with Dallas on Wednesday. "I can't say enough about Everson Griffen," McCarthy said. "Just the fact of being able to compete against him twice a year. He was always a primary focus for us offensively going up against him. He's a relentless player. He brings it every down." Griffen was a starter the last six years for the Vikings and made the Pro Bowl four times in his last five seasons. The veteran pass-rusher had eight sacks and 41 tackles last year in his final season in Minnesota. He'll join a talented defensive line group that includes DeMarcus Lawrence, Gerald McCoy and Aldon Smith.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
