4 years agoThe Minnesota Twins have placed starting pitcher Rich Hill on the injured list with shoulder fatigue. He was originally just pushed back in the rotation, but with roster cuts upcoming from 30 down to 28, the Twins are trying to keep another arm on the roster. The 40-year-old was sharp in his only outing of the season, limiting the Cardinals to two hits and no runs over five innings, but we'll have to wait a little longer for an encore performance. His injury is backdated, and he's continuing to throw, so the expectation is he'll return sometime next week.
