Rafael Devers Hits First Home Run on Sunday
4 years agoBoston Red Sox third baseman Rafael Devers got on the right track in Sunday's 9-7 loss in the series finale against the Yankees, as the 23-year-old went 2-for-5 at the plate to go along with two RBI and a pair of runs scored in the contest. The 23-year-old blasted a solo home run off of reliever Michael King in the seventh inning to record his first home run of the 2020 season. Despite the slow start to the season in the form of 12 strikeouts, one walk, a .211 batting average and .645 OPS through 10 games, Devers should be owned across all fantasy formats as the talented third baseman posted monster numbers at the plate in 2019.
