Trevor Gott Earns Second Save Of Season Sunday
4 years agoSan Francisco Giants relief pitcher Trevor Gott picked up his second save of the season in Sunday's 3-1 win over the Dodgers. Gott allowed a leadoff double to AJ Pollock but then got the next three hitters out, ending the game with a strikeout of Max Muncy. The 27-year-old has now converted both of his save opportunities and owns a 4.50 ERA. The supposed closing duo of Tyler Rogers and Tony Watson has not come to fruition for the Giants to this point, making Gott worth a look in deep roto leagues.
