A.J. Pollock Tested Positive For COVID-19
4 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers outfielder A.J. Pollock was late to summer camp because he tested positive for COVID-19, but he and his daughter, who was born three months premature, are doing well. Pollock experienced some mild symptoms and arrived to camp earlier this week, so he should have no problem getting ready for Opening Day on July 23. The universal designated hitter should benefit the 32-year-old and help him receiver more regular at-bats in a stacked Dodgers lineup. Injuries have also been an issue for him, but Pollock can deliver some modest power, speed and runs scored numbers for fantasy owners as a late-round pick in deep mixed leagues.
