Who is your favorite DFS “dart throw”?
- Joe Nicely: Henrik Norlander ($6.5k)
- Spencer Aguiar: Adam Schenk ($6.5k)
- Josh Bennett: Brandon Wu ($6.5k)
- Tommy Bell: Luke List ($7k)
What is your favorite bet of the week? (Any type)
- Joe Nicely: Outrights - Morikawa (28/1), Niemann (40/1), Dahmen (80/1)
- Spencer Aguiar: Ryan Palmer -120 over Matt Wallace
- Josh Bennett: Matt Kuchar outright (40/1)
- Tommy Bell: Adam Hadwin outright (48/1)
Make a “bold prediction” for this week:
- Joe Nicely: Jon Rahm misses the cut
- Spencer Aguiar: Xander Schauffele and Jon Rahm are paired together in the final group Sunday, which will cause @nagelsbagels to either block or be blocked by at least 10 Twitter users on the day.
- Josh Bennett: Max Homa wins by two shots
- Tommy Bell: Adam Hadwin leads after first round by two or more shots
Who is your favorite overall DFS golfer and why?
Joe Nicely: Patrick Cantlay due to his consistency, style of play, and course history.
Spencer Aguiar: Not in love with Jon Rahm's price, but I do believe he provides the most safety and upside of anyone on the board.
Josh Bennett: Matt Kuchar - He's stuck in a price range of golfers being talked up way more than he is and he's a better golfer than those around him. He's won the Memorial with a handful of additional top-10s. Way too cheap for this event.
Tommy Bell: Adam Hadwin - Terrific form at a course that emphasizes long-iron play. Price did not increase despite a top-five finish last week. Elite combo of upside and safety.
What is your optimal DFS lineup building strategy?
Joe Nicely: With the lack of viable options below $7k, I'll be leaning "Balanced" this week.
Spencer Aguiar: Aggressively balanced.
Josh Bennett: Balanced.
Tommy Bell: Balanced build overall with no golfers below $7k
Who is your pick to win the tournament?
- Joe Nicely: JASON DAY! Just kidding....Patrick Cantlay 🙂
- Spencer Aguiar: Xander Schauffele
- Josh Bennett: Justin Rose
- Tommy Bell: Justin Rose with Viktor Hovland & Adam Hadwin inside the top-five.
