Allen Robinson II's Leadership Making An Impact
4 years agoChicago Bears wide receiver Allen Robinson II continues to show his leadership skills during this unprecedented offseason. Robinson has been very vocal during the team's Zoom meetings, according to Bears receivers coach Mike Furrey, and has been getting on players to stay focused. Furrey told reporters that Robinson is “one of the most professional players that I’ve ever been around in my playing and coaching career.” The veteran receiver also has been an advocate for social justice and continues to set a strong example for a group of Bears receivers that features plenty of youth. Robinson caught 98 passes last season for 1,147 yards and seven touchdowns for a Bears offense that was anemic. The seventh-year receiver will be a top-10 selection among wide receivers in upcoming fantasy drafts this year, especially if quarterback Nick Foles takes over for Mitchell Trubisky.
