Ryan Blaney Looking To Change History At Homestead
5 years agoPenske Racing's Ryan Blaney will start 11th in Sunday's Dixie Vodka 400 at Homestead-Miami Speedway. Blaney and the No. 12 team are still searching for victory lane, but Homestead has been one of Blaney's weaker tracks. Homestead is just one of three tracks that Blaney has never scored a top-10 finish at. DFS players may steer clear of Blaney for his track history, but he is riding a huge wave of momentum, with four top-five finishes in the last five races. Blaney has also performed well on 1.5-mile tracks this year. He almost won at Las Vegas, scored a pair of thirds at Charlotte, and came home fourth at Atlanta. Blaney offers a race-winning upside, at a fairly cheap cost, and is a solid choice for lineups.
