4 years agoIt isn't easy to be overly encouraged about anyone priced this highly for the first event back. We do want to clarify that it will not come as a surprise if Rory McIlroy does torch the field en route to victory, but his expensive price tag, moderately high ownership percentage and lack of golf at Colonial Country Club should raise some concerns about backing the top-ranked golfer in the world. Only you can decide if that is a risk you are willing to take, but it is important to note that you are going to need a victory out of the Irishman if you are hoping to pay off his nearly $12,000 salary.
