Albert Wilson A Candidate For Restructured Contract
Albert Wilson won't have any of his $9.5 million salary guaranteed for the 2020 season unless he's on the roster for Week 1 of the regular season. The Dolphins are likely to discuss a restructuring of his contract in the weeks ahead. There will be $1.3 million in dead money but $9.5 million in salary cap savings if the Dolphins cut him. The 27-year-old slot receiver missed three games due to injury last season and caught 43 passes for 351 yards and just one touchdown in his second year in Miami. He could never really get on track after his slow start because of injury, and Wilson will be an afterthought in redraft leagues going into the 2020 season.

Raiders Cut Albert Wilson, Activate DJ Turner
Albert Wilson. The 30-year-old was signed to the active roster in Week 5 but did not see the field for any offensive snaps. The team has now moved on following its Week 6 bye as DJ Turner has been activated from Injured Reserve. Turner is expected to be involved on special teams but should not make much of an impact on offense unless Hunter Renfrow (hip) and Mack Hollins (heel) are ruled out against the Houston Texans on Sunday. Still, Davante Adams would be the only receiving option worthy of fantasy consideration in this scenario.

Raiders Signing Albert Wilson To Active Roster
Albert Wilson to their active roster from the practice squad on Tuesday, according to his agents Drew Rosenhaus and Ryan Matha. The Raiders added Wilson to their practice squad last Friday. This could be a sign that the Raiders are expecting Davante Adams to be suspended after pushing a photographer following the Monday night loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. The Raiders also lost tight end Darren Waller (hamstring) to an injury in Week 5. Wilson will operate as receiving depth behind Adams, Hunter Renfrow, Mack Hollins and Keelan Cole. In 14 games (five starts) for the Miami Dolphins in 2021, Wilson had 25 catches on 39 targets for 213 yards and no touchdowns.

Raiders Signing Albert Wilson
Albert Wilson to an undisclosed deal on Friday, according to sources. Wilson played in 14 games (five starts) for the Miami Dolphins last year, catching 25 passes on 39 targets for 213 yards and no touchdowns. He'll simply be providing veteran depth at the position behind Davante Adams, Hunter Renfrow, Mack Hollins, Keelan Cole and Tyron Johnson, and he won't be on the fantasy radar at all. The 30-year-old has 218 career catches (334 targets) for 2,499 yards and 12 touchdowns in seven NFL seasons with the Dolphins and Kansas City Chiefs.

Minnesota Releases Albert Wilson Amid Roster Cuts
Albert Wilson in an attempt to trim their roster ahead of the regular season. Wilson, despite catching a pair of touchdowns in the team's season opener, faced an uphill battle to make the Vikings' roster with the team's depth at the position. The 30-year-old has spent seven seasons between the Chiefs and Dolphins, having started five games with Miami as recently as last year. Now 30 years old, the undrafted free agent will be looking for a new home ahead of Week 1, with his fantasy prospects set to be held in abeyance until then. The duo of Justin Jefferson and Adam Thielen figure to see as many pass-catching opportunities as they can handle, leaving K.J. Osborn as the only other potentially fantasy relevant pass-catcher.
