Marshawn Lynch Ready For Bigger Workload
5 years agoSeattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said that he thinks running back Marshawn Lynch is ready to handle more of a workload now that he has two games under his belt. Travis Homer played 44 of 64 offensive snaps in the wild-card win over the Eagles, while Lynch played just 18. Beast Mode saw just six carries against Philadelphia, but he did score a touchdown on his seven yards. He saw 12 rush attempts in Week 17 against the 49ers and also found paydirt. It's good news for Lynch's DFS value if he'll be a bigger part of the game plan in the Divisional Round against the Packers. Green Bay is also pretty vulnerable on the ground, but most of Lynch's fantasy value will be tied to whether he can get into the end zone again.
