Travis Homer Could Have Sneaky Value
5 years agoSeattle Seahawks running back Travis Homer could have sneaky value on Sunday versus a dominant Eagles run defense. Homer will share a backfield with newly-signed Marshawn Lynch, who figures to be used between the tackles while Homer operates as a pass-catching back. The rookie from Miami has pulled in 11 receptions over the last two games, which gives him a higher PPR floor than Lynch, but the Eagles have allowed only one receiving touchdown to a running back all season and only two running backs have gotten more than 60 yards through the air against them. In order for Homer to have any value, he'll need the Seahawks to be trailing so that he can soak up receptions; however, he's a better bet than Lynch.
