Jaylen Brown Drops Career-High 34 Points During Win
Jaylen Brown had the best scoring performance of his young career during Friday’s victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers, utilizing a 13-for-20 shooting outing to log a career-best 34 points in just 29 minutes. Brown knocked down five triples for the second consecutive contest, also adding in nine rebounds and two assists as the icing on the cake of a brilliant game. While there are plenty of mouths to feed in the Boston offense, Brown has now exceeded the 25-point plateau in four of the team’s past five games, having firmly entrenched himself as an elite scoring threat, while continuing to contribute across other categories. He runs it back Saturday versus Toronto, whom he dropped 30 points against on Christmas Day.

Jaylen Brown Not On The Injury Report For Monday Night
Jaylen Brown (knee) is not listed on the injury report ahead of Monday's series-opening matchup versus the Knicks. He had routinely carried questionable designations because of a nagging knee issue during the previous series against the Orlando Magic. However, the 28-year-old didn't miss any time. He recently indicated he's feeling better, which is great news. Unfortunately, Brown averaged only 16.3 points in four regular season meetings with New York, making him hard to trust from a DFS standpoint.

Jaylen Brown Back On The Injury Report
Jaylen Brown (knee) is questionable for Tuesday's meeting with Orlando. The knee issue dates back to the regular season. But, despite the ailment, he's averaged 23.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 1.5 steals throughout the series against the Magic. There's always a chance Brown could suffer a setback, which would keep him off the floor for Game 5. If that's the case, Sam Hauser, who averaged 12.2 points and 44.7% shooting from deep in 19 starts during the regular season, would be the favorite to slide into the starting lineup.

Jaylen Brown Available For Game 4
Jaylen Brown (knee) will play on Sunday versus Orlando. The right knee impingement isn't expected to go away anytime soon, so DFS managers will likely see him on the injury report for the rest of the postseason. But unless Brown suffers a setback along the way, he'll likely continue to see north of 30 minutes per contest. However, his presence should mean Sam Hauser, who would have been in line to start, will likely remain on the bench, lowering his fantasy ceiling.

Jaylen Brown Questionable For Game 4
Jaylen Brown (knee) is questionable for Sunday's playoff clash with the Magic. Brown has been working through this knee injury over the last few weeks, so he'll likely be out there for Game 4, assuming he hasn't suffered a setback. With Jrue Holiday (hamstring) already ruled out, Al Horford is anticipated to stay in the starting lineup. But if Brown is downgraded, Sam Hauser and Payton Pritchard should receive more minutes, with Derrick White, Jayson Tatum, and Kristaps Porzingis the favorites to lead the way offensively.
