Spencer Dinwiddie Fires Up Career-High 17 Free Throws
Spencer Dinwiddie continued his run of elite scoring during Thursday’s loss to the New York Knicks, compiling 25 points despite a rough 5-for-15 shooting performance. Dinwiddie attempted double-digit free throws for the fourth consecutive game, this time setting a new career high by shooting 17 times from the free-throw stripe. In addition to reaching the 25-point plateau for the fourth straight contest, he also tossed in a season-high eight rebounds to go along with three assists and three made triples. His stock continues to rise so long as Kyrie Irving is out, which will remain the case for the near future, making Dinwiddie an elite fantasy option Saturday versus Houston.
