BALLER MOVE: Add In 12-Team Leagues

ANALYSIS: Charlotte Hornets power forward/center Bismack Biyombo has been posting some gaudy rebounding numbers the past few weeks and they can't be ignored by anyone in leagues of 12 teams or deeper. Biyombo grabbed a season-high 17 boards against the Pacers on December 15, three games after he came down with 15 boards against the Wizards.
Biyombo has been a rebounding and shot-blocking specialist in spurts throughout his career. However, this year, he's shown an ability to put some points on the board as well. He's averaging a career-high 7.6 points per game this year. That may not seem like much, but it's coming from a guy who's averaging 5.1 points per game over his career. He's scored 10-plus points in five games so far this month.
Biyombo has three double-doubles in December and has recorded four blocks over his past six games. He's averaged over 20 minutes per game this month and should retain deep league value for as long as that continues. Add Biyombo if you need rebounding help in leagues of 12 teams or deeper. He doesn't do enough beyond rebounding and shot-blocking to warrant adding in more shallow leagues.
