5 years agoMinnesota Vikings running back Alexander Mattison (ankle) will not be suiting up for Week 15 against the Chargers. He's been unable to practice this week and will miss his first game of the season. Mattison had 14 carries in the team's last game against the Lions while Dalvin Cook led the way with 18 carries. Cook was already essentially a lock for around 20 touches this week, but Mattison's absence should allow him additional opportunities. Mike Boone, who had five carries against the Lions in Week 14, should serve as Cook's backup this week, but he's too risky to consider for either season-long leagues or DFS as he has just eight carries on the year.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
